Non-Delivery Policy
If you do not receive your parcel for any reason, we will reship it to you for free. If you still do not receive it the second time, you may choose a full refund (including order amount and shipping fee). We will follow up until you successfully receive your order.
Shipping Details
- Warehouse: All products are shipped directly from our professional warehouse in Hong Kong.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If the package is returned due to incorrect address, we will assist with reshipping (second shipping fee applies).
- Customs & Taxes: We declare all parcels as gifts to help minimize import taxes and duties.
- Tracking Information: A tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours after shipment. You can track your order on our Order Tracking Page (usually available within 5 days).
Shipping Costs
To ensure safe delivery, the shipping fee for each product is US$20. We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options. The exact cost will be shown at checkout.

Product Packaging

Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason. We will reply within 24 hours and provide return authorization.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method to the return address provided by our team.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days and notify you by email.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- We offer full refund and cover return shipping costs in the following cases:
- Item color or style does not match the order (excluding monitor color differences)
- Obvious quality issues (stains, damages, defects, etc.)
- Size discrepancy of more than 2cm compared to the size chart
- For personal reasons (wrong size chosen or change of mind), we still accept returns, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Exchange Policy
We support exchanges within 30 days of receipt (for color, style, or size). Exchanged items must be in brand-new condition with original packaging. We will arrange the new item as quickly as possible.
